Site location is extremely important and directly relates to the success or failure of the architecture built on it. For example the process of making paper mainly involves trees and water. Therefore you should find a site with a predominance of these two amenities present. Likewise, the office buildings major resource is people. It's site should be in the middle of an adequate labor force. To comfort the employees that make up that force, it should be in close proximity to transportation, restaurants, shops, parks and resources. A distribution building, which moves products and goods might be located at a major junction of transportation, etc.
In addition to location, the site must contain the necessary utilities, acreage and bearing capacities to support the intended development. We can provide check list and assistance in finding the ideal site for your project.
Space Programming

Space programming will define the quantity and quality of spaces contained within the building. Total up all the functional requirements, employees with their required spatial needs, space for circulation, mechanical and structure and total it to establish the program for design. Estimates of cost can be applied at this point to maintain budget.
Spatial Analysis
Once the quantity and quality of space is defined, the next step is to determine the best relationship of those spaces to one another and to the whole. This is the point where the total project effectiveness can be enhanced. Studies can be performed to improve the productiveness of the total facility.
Preliminary Design and
Design Development

Preliminary design sketches out possible schematic type solutions to the problem and design development further develops those solutions found to be acceptable by the owner or users of the facility.
